SUPPLIERS, RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
You acknowledge that HOTELCONFIRM.COM pre-negotiates rates with suppliers to facilitate the purchase of products and services on your behalf. The rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated rates for the products and services that you purchase, and a fee retained by HOTELCONFIRM.COM to compensate us for our services.
Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these separate terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of products or services. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation. You agree to inform HOTELCONFIRM.COM of any circumstance or condition as a result of which you or any person on whose behalf you are making a reservation may require special facilities prior to your purchase. Any complaints regarding a supplier should be brought to the attention of the supplier immediately during the time of the service and the same should be communicated to us in writing within thirty days thereafter, failing which, HOTELCONFIRM.COM will not entertain any such complaints.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password on the Site. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.

By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against HOTELCONFIRM.COM for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site. Once a transaction is completed, you will receive an e-mail from HOTELCONFIRM.COM confirming the status of the transaction. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY, LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
Under no circumstances will HOTELCONFIRM.COM or its agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages (including without limitation, to the costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, lost profits, or lost data) arising out of or relating to this agreement or the services, whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, (even if HOTELCONFIRM.COM or its agents have been advised of the possibility of such damages). This limitation of liability will apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of or reliance on the services, from inability to use the services, or from the interruption, suspension, malfunction, or termination of the services. This limitation will also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or goods received through or advertised on the services or received through any links displayed through the services, as well as by reason of any information or advice received through or advertised on the services or received through any links provided in the services. Such limitation will apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent permitted by law and even if HOTELCONFIRM.COM or its agents have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The advertisers and/or sponsors, who are the providers of these advertisements and/or sponsorships, are solely responsible for confirming and ensuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable U.A.E. laws and local laws of other jurisdictions.
HOTELCONFIRM.COM controls and operates this Site from the U.A.E. HOTELCONFIRM.COM makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from locations other than U.A.E., the liability of ensuring compliance with local laws rests solely on you. You are not permitted to use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to, any U.A.E export laws and regulations.
PAYMENT, CONFIRMATION AND PRICING POLICY
Your reservation request will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment due at the time of confirmation.Please be aware that some of our package bookings need to be paid in full at the time of booking and carry a 100% cancellation charge. In these cases you will be notified at the time of booking. Although every effort will be made to confirm your request, please note that the arrangements are not confirmed until you receive our email confirmation and HOTELCONFIRM.COM reserves the right to make changes if required. Before a booking is confirmed, HOTELCONFIRM.COM reserves the right to amend price of product due to any circumstances outside the control of HOTELCONFIRM.COM such as but not limited to changes relating to governmental action, increases in admission fees and hotel rate adjustments / availability. Advertised prices are also subject to seasonal changes, exchange rates and may vary slightly. Payments can be made via PayPal, Visa or MasterCard.
HOTELCONFIRM.COM will not pay fees charged to the Client by the Client’s bank for processing payments.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

- HOTELCONFIRM.COM is committed to providing you with a simple and efficient refund process. Please note that shortening your stay during the high season, periods of high occupancy, during trade fairs and conventions, or failure to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation may result in a penalty charge being imposed by the hotel. If a penalty charge is incurred, this will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- Your booking confirmation email will specify the cancellation deadline which is the date/time by which you must cancel in order to avoid any cancellation penalty charges by hotel. The penalty charges will be confirmed at the time of booking and will also be specified on the booking confirmation email.
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy, cancellation requests submitted via any of the means above, prior to the due date noted on your confirmation, will normally be refunded 100% of the cost of their stay. HOTELCONFIRM.COM does not charge a cancellation fee in all normal circumstances or unless specified in the booking terms. In case of cancellations done within the deadline a full refund will be processed within 10 – 45 days (depends on the issuing bank of credit card.) of receiving the request. Any cancellation request submitted after the due date noted on your confirmation will also be processed within 10 – 45 days, and any applicable hotel penalty charge will be deducted from the amount refunded. HOTELCONFIRM.COM is not liable for any deductions by the bank due to exchange rates applicable in case of multi currency transactions.
- Shortened stays, in most cases, will be refunded within 10 – 45 days, net of any penalty charge applicable, and if you notify us (by any of the means above) prior to shortening your stay, we can expedite the refund process. If however, you notify us after checking out, some shortened stay refunds may take longer because some hotels can be slow to confirm the exact dates of your stay. If your refund is likely to take longer than 10 – 45 days to process, we will notify you via email upon receipt of your request.
- All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. In addition, if you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours) prior to your date of arrival), you will be subject to a charge of applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges and service fees. In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with HOTELCONFIRM.COM or its subsidiary, as appropriate, no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation. You must make refund requests for no-shows or early checkouts within 10 days after checkout.
You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.
Once the hotel bookings are made and confirmed after the payment, the hotel booking voucher will be sent as an email confirmation to the registered or given email id at the time of booking.This process is automatic and takes place immediately after the booking. We do not provide goods and services to countries, entities and individuals barred by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) of the US Department of the Treasury in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
It is the responsibility of the clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, all necessary travel documents, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates that may be needed to travel. HOTELCONFIRM.COM is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by HOTELCONFIRM.COM but without liability. It is important that you check all details provided on your travel documentation are correct upon receipt. If there are any inaccuracies, please contact the HOTELCONFIRM.COM immediately. All passengers are will be personally responsible for ensuring they are in possession of the correct and necessary documentation prior to departure.
PASSPORT AND VISAS
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. HOTELCONFIRM.COM will not be liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the customer failing to ensure he / she has complied with such requirements.
HEALTH AND CONDUCT
All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen package as described in HOTELCONFIRM.COM. Any clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve HOTELCONFIRM.COM from any obligations and liability.
